Class Will We, the Senior Class of ’51, after four years of hard labor, added wisdom and lots of fun, do hereby make our last will to all the underclassmen who are struggling, happy but carefree to conquer the difficulties of the world. To the Junior Class we will the ability to have as successful Junior Prom as we did. To the Sophomore Class we will the success and much fun putting on their class play. To the Freshman Class we will the strength and courage to endure the trials of the next three years. I, Normam Anderson, will my love for Ag. class to John Wildes. I, Dorothy Bolwahn, will my love for daydreaming during English class to Jeanie Dott. I, Shirley Brandenburg, will my love for older men to Mary Downing. I, Marjorie Budde, will my daintiness to Edwin Wendland. I, Mary Doyle, will my love for men in uniform to anyone that wants them. I, Carol Eckelberg, will my height to Jimmy Green. Maybe we’ll win some games now. I, Caroline Flock, will my skillful driving to Beverly Farmer. Better try it sometime.' I, Mary Gallagher will my ability to talk myself out of trouble to anyone that’s always in trouble. I, Conalee Geier, will my love for Cashton and Bangor to anyone who’s out for a good time. Just remember, take it easy’. I, Bruce Harrison, will my paper route to anyone who has nothing else to do. I, Royce Kortbein, will my ability to miss school to John Wildes. I, Norman Kuderer, will my love for chasing blondes to Hans Palutke. Good luck Hans! I, Marlene Martalock, will my piano playing at the noon hour to Lila Mae Farmer, Let’s hear no more of the Tennessee Waltz. I, Betty Meacham, will my love for making noise in English class to Theresa Sinnott. I, Bill Rice, will my love for skipping school to anyone who can get away with it like I did. I, Carolyn Schindler, will my love for shorthand to Isabelle Dougherty. 1, Wayne Schindler, will my bashfulness to Jimmy Salisbury. I, Charlene Schroeder, will my quietness to Ellen Steinhoff. A little more silence please. I, Gary Schultz, will my corny jokes and wise cracking to Kenneth Kobernick. 1, Bruce Schnurr, will my practically new “American Observers’’ to Ray Steinhoff. 13

Officers elected were: President-John Wiseman, Vice-President-Joyce Stark, Secretary-Marjorie Budde, and Treasurer-Carol Eckelberg. On November 10th the Junior Class Play ‘‘The Campbells Are Coming” was presented. It was a hilarious success. In March the all-school basketball tournament was held. Our class colors were Red, White, and Blue and our name was the Junior H-Bombs. Our cheerleaders were: Mary Doyle, Betty Meacham, and Carol Eckelberg. In April the Forensic contest was held in which Marlene Martalock, Carolyn Schindler, Gary Schultz, and John Wiseman took part. In May our Junior Prom was held. Our theme song was Fairytales’' and our colors were Blue and White. The King was John Wiseman and he chose for his Queen, Audrey Steinke. The attendants were Carol Eckelberg and Bruce Harrison. It was a great success. Our Senior year starts with twenty-seven members which are: Norman Anderson, Dorothy Bolwahn, Shirley Brandenburg, Marjorie Budde, Mary Doyle, Carol Eckelberg, Caroline Flock, Mary Gallagher, Conalee Geier, Royce Kortbein, Bruce Harrison, Marlene Martalock, Betty Meacham, Norman Kuderer, Bill Rice, Carolyn Schindler, Wayne Schindler, Bruce Schnurr, Charlene Schroeder, Gary Schultz, and Dick Will. John Wiseman joined us in October. Our teachers are: Principal-Mr. Valesh, History-Mr. Doff, Commercial-Mr. Cady, Agriculture-Mr. Chinnock, Home Economics-Mrs. Schwartz, and English-Mr. Berg. Class officers elected were: President-Bruce Harrison, Vice-President-Doirothy Bolwahn, Secretary-Shirley Brandenburg, and Treasurer-Joyce Stark. Our Class Advisor- Mr. Valesh. We received our class rings in October from Josten’s. Graduation pictures were taken in November by Morrison’s Studio of Milwaukee. In April the Senior Class Play, “The Daffy Dills , was given and was a huge success. Our class trip was taken in May. Class night was held May 22nd. Our colors for graduation night, May 24th, were Pink and Silver; the motto, Live and Learn, the class flower. Tea Rose. 12

I, Lloyd Switz, will my good marks in Social Problems to Dick Sommerfeldt. Just study a little harder Dick--you’ll make it. I, John Wiseman, will my back pocket tools to Darrell Pasch. I, Dick Will, will my love for driving cars to anyone that can keep them in the road. A Truthful Man Only one man when in love was ever truthful. That was Adam when he said to Eve, “You are the only woman in the world for me. Mr. Valesh: (In Physics Class): If this chemical explodes, it would drive me through the roof.
