I CLASS PROPHECY r , 1963! Hamilton hasn't changed much, but lives of former Wilsonites have changed. What do you say we take the "Winkler-Wells" bus to see how our Junior High School friends have pros- pered over the years. Get your quarter out, here comes the bus with Harold Bower, the driver. "How are you, Harold, and your family?" "You don't say! A wife and three kids?" Look who's getting on the bus! Dick Dennis and his wife, the former Mary Wolf. "Why hello! How have you been?" We hear that Dick is the manager of the new television station, B-A-R-D, here in Hamilton. We were planning to visit it this afternoon. Be your guests? Delighted! Here's our stop. Bye! It's been nice seeing you. Isn't that a lovely flower shop. The sign says it's owned by Ann Hammel. Next door is that little shop where all the Wilson kids go after school called "Gibbons". Well, look who's coming! Betty Howard, the famous model. She must work at the Beeler Modeling Agency. I read that Harkrader Music Hall is featuring the Baker and Harmon Comedy Team. Some of the other feature attractions are Marilyn York, an opera star: JoAnn Stewart, pianistg and the Kinney Jazz Band consisting of Jim Owens, George Dallis, Eddie Gurr, and Jay Chadwick. Oh! This is the day that Mr. Robert Henes takes over as the new principal of Wilson. Look! Here he comes now. Hello, Bob! Could you tell us some of the new teachers at Wilson? Elaine Ahlbrand is teaching Latin, Gene Fugate has taken Kruze's place as boy's gym teacher. Goodbye! We hope the bond will pass to redecorate the school. Fike's drug store! iMaybe it's the Sylvia weknew. Let's go in to find out, while we have a coke. Ernest Lawson! You work here now? We'll have two cokes. Listen, that's a familiar voice on the juke box. Why, it's Sue Rhodus, the recording star. Now, one of Dick Hage's latest records is playing. He's the idol and swoon-guy of all the little teen-agersf' Look! A fire engine! Let's hurry to see where it's going. Fire chief! Fred Campbell, and look at all the.f'iremen: Jim Bittinger, Fred Brooks, Gil Bundy, Robert Capps, Tom Clements, Jim Cooper, and Gerry Flick. They sure keep that Ere engine shiney. Look at the clock! It's almost time to meet Dick to tour the new television station. Taxi! Taxi! Oh! There's one from the Fink Cab Company and the driver is James Everhart. Hurry driver! We'll be late and the Hopkins sisters CGail and Wanda! program starts at four o'clock. Here we are! Hello, Dick, shall we begin the tour? Of course we'll be quiet in the studio while Bob Heasley, the news commentator, is on the air. Let's go to the next studio to watch the Wyatt Variety Show. The chorus line of M. L. McWhorter, Imogene Wyatt, Margaret Spencer, Donna Wahl and Betty Warner are dancing now. g This television schedule says that there is a good drama entitled "Willie's Woes" written by Don Wilson and directed by Janet Weber. This play stars the charming Shirley Andrews, Dick Cunning- ham, Hazel Baker, and Neil Easter. The efficient cameramen are Robert Flinchum, R. Hollingsworth Henry Gardner, Douglas Gill, and Ronald Grabel. Remember them all at Wilson? ' It's been a very interesting tour, Mr. Dennis, thank you for showing us your marvelous station. We'1l taxi from here to the city building to see the Mayor of Hamilton, John Stitsinger, and John N antz, city manager. ' Oh! Another taxi driver we know, Harold Reiter. Here we are! Look at this sign, Chief of Police, Logan Steele, and on his force are, Ronald Oliver, Glen Peck, Neil Pierce, John Rahmes and R. Rawlings. They also boast of their fine policewomen, Mary McVey, Gwendolyn Boyd, Elgene Benge and Billie Brashear. The Elks club is having a fish fry so let's hurry. I hear that the chairman is Carolyn Fetter, her com- mittee consists of Nadine Flynn, Margery Duvall, Pat Murdon, Rene Morris, Linda Moore, and Peggy Nuckols. Some guests are just arriving-L Hannah Pastor, Janice Moench, Ann Ross each with her husband and Ronald Roberson, with Gracie Proffitt and Harold Richardson. The entertainment will be furnished by a skit put on by Joan Cafferty, Virginia Cash, Juanita Combs, Hollie Hawkey and Eloise Danford which was written by Shirley Dooley. Gerald Cornett, owner of the Cornett business firm, and his wife are the guests of honor. Among the many distinguished guests we see Pearl Fox, the famous author, John Hampton and J. Gabbard, two of Hamilton's prominent business men. Judy Hingsbergen, the radio starg Martha Rupert, the lovely model, and David Mikelson, the architect. Since this ends the program, let'swalk down the street. I Oh, look! There's the new Wilson bank. It's a good thing this is Friday and it is open. Robert Luedtke, the president and Wayne Simpson, vice- president, are just coming out. We know almost all the cashiers and tellers. Jackie Goff, Gloria Horvath, Bob Maynard, Shirley Hoskins and Joanne House, all work here. Some of the stenographers over there are Barbara Huey, Shirley Janser, James Johnson, Patty Keller, and Sandy Johnson. Mr. Luedtke's personal secretaries are Nancy Kulback and Norma Lauer. You just thought of something? Of course! How could we have forgotton? Let's hurry to the air port to see Marcia Sullivan, the famous author and her family take off for their tour of Europe. ' Oh! We're too late, they've already boarded the plane, piloted by Harold Schaney and the air line hostesses, Barbara Shultz, Marilyn Rogers and Carole Schwenn are closing the doors. Let's get a paper to see who's in the news. Well, what do you know? Ron Stewart and his cam- panion, .Don Wilson have invented a supersonic rocket and plan to make the trip to the moon next week with their assistants Barkley Shepherd, Mar- garet Spencer, Lew Ann South, Wilma Steimel, and Janice Stewart. So this ,completes a very interesting day and re- union with many of our friends from Wilson.
