You have had the opportunity of enjoying its manifold facilities tor at least twelve years of your life. You are about to engage in life's major activities amid a swiftly changing social scene, wherein the populace of the civilized nations of the world must choose between dictatorship and democracy. Democracy assumes the right of the individual to participate in the determination of the Way in which he is to function in his social contacts. Hctive responsibility on the part of the common citizen is necessary and conducive to his own well-being. In the long run, humanity will work out the most satisfying way of social living if granted an opportunity to do so.
