This year•s king and queen race brought in a total of $3,42933. There were two candidates from each grade school room—kindergarten through sixth. Each candidate received a plaque. The winners received a crown and a plaque. . Proceeds from the carnival will be used by the Sports Club to feed Wilson High School athletes after games,to provide the high school and grade school with needed sports equipment and to sponsor the All Sports Banquet next Spring• SPORTS CLUB CARNIVAL HELD —by Annette Whitener and Lisa James More than $5,000 was collected by the Wilson All Sports Club at its annual Halloween Carnival last Saturday night. A large crowd enjoyed the many games, walks, foods and the spook house before the coronation ceremony and the presentation of awards.
