Dear Students, ™ Thank you, the sponsors and the annual staff, for your efforts in combining the experiences of the Wilson Student Body into an annual that will remain a treasure for many years. It will, through pictures and writings, hold many memories of school days with friends and classmates. We must also remember that education of today is a greater challenge than ever before in the history of our nation. You have seen men travel through space and walk on the moon. As you become the leaders and directors of our nation, you will have a greater responsibility than any other generation has ever had. Through the cooperative efforts of the Board of Education, parents, and teachers, we will provide you with the best education possible. You will find that it will be a necessity. Dear Students: MR BILL DUNSWORTH High School Principal B.S. and M.S. in Business M.S. in Administration General Business - Bookkeeping - Secretarial Training - Senior Class The 1971 yearbook preserves for you the memories of another year at Wilson High School. I hope, as do all of your teachers, that this has been a very happy and profitable year for each of you. There are many memories of this year that will only be called to your mind by your yearbook. In turn, each of us on the faculty will have many personal thoughts called to our minds when we turn through the pages of this excellent book. For many of you the 1970-71 school year is one of many attended at Wilson; for others it has been a new experience to attend classes in this building. I believe that each year we work together as a faculty and student body, more harmony and understanding are shared. Each of you has made a fine contribution to promoting this growth.
