Amy Grant and her band thrill crowds with her all-star performance. Jed gem few made We want more! We want more! The chants rose as the lights went down in the hazy arena. Suddenly, the lights flashed brightly and a guitarist tore away into the first few chords of the encore. Students enjoyed this scene many times during the year. The Carolina Coliseum hosted a wide variety of bands from the heavy metal antics of Iron Maiden and Ratt to the pop sounds of Tina Turner and Bryan Adams.
