Faculty - Lower School The Child Comes Alive in the Classroom Building the foundation of children's educational careers e that was the job of the lower school faculty. Through artwork, drama, and music, these teachers strived to make the lower school cur- riculum more meaningful and more enjoyable for the students. Making learning and reading fun was one children themselves. Some teachers, such as Mrs. Segars, believed that umany of our ideas come from the things we enjoyed as a child. By using their creative ideas, the lower school teachers in- stilled in the students good study habits, as well as a sense of organization and responsibility, the lower school faculty. Fourt grade teacher, Mrs. Gibson, fe iiThis team helps the stude become aware of the world aroun him at an early age, and opens th door of learning to the real world. By making the students aware oi themselves in their environmen each student could easily b which the children will carry with them for the rest of their lives. Good parentiteacheristudent communication was among one of the greatest ideals supported by major goal of these important teachers.
