DEDICATION We the Senior Class are dedicating our yearbook to someone who is often overlooked. She has been our school nurse for the past 17 years. She isn’t someone you can write a long list of activities about, because she doesn’t run clubs or make decisions on how to run the school, but what she does do is important and is often taken for granted. As our school nurse, Mrs. Munch seldom had even a lunch period to herself. Between answering requests from students, handling sports injuries, signing insurance forms, writing transfer papers, organizing health records, and helping with physicals, she is a very busy person. Still, in her hectic schedule, she has always been there to help. She was even willing to coach the 1982 J.V. field hockey team when no other coach was available. Outside of school, her hobbies include cross country skiing and crafts, but she mainly enjoys people in general. Even though the WCS students may have never said so, she is greatly appreciated, a point which wasn’t fully realized until she wasn’t there. So as a token of our appreciation, we wish to dedicate The 1984 Crest to Mrs. Christine Munch. 13
