Presudent Vuce Presudent Secretary Treasurer Student Councul Class Advusor Class Color Class Motto Be content wuth be f rst un everythung SOPHOMORES SOPHOMORES Class Offucers Romayne Eppur-ug Sally Corsu Shurley Colluns Dewayne Caddock Mr LaVaIle Wune and Sulver your lot you can t On the fufth of September 83 Sophomores returned to Wulmot Hugh School Havung recovered from our unutuatuon last year we felt quute at home and dud our best to make the Freshmen feel the same At our furst class meetung we elected our offucers and were told that Mr LaValle would be our class advusor The followung offucers were elected Romayne Eppung Presudent Sally Corsu Vuce Presudent Shurley Colluns Secretary Treasurer and Dewayne Caddock Student Councul representatuve When carnuval tume rolled around we were prepared for the tradutuonal bout between classes and dud our best to make the contest unterestung We elected Beverly Ellus and George Schmudt as our candudates for Kung and Queen Our carnuvol skut was entutled Dr Ivo Good and Ida K ll dom We are proud of the many members of the class that took part un mass band and chorus Also of those who took part un the Whutewater solo contests We really went all out un the annual magazune sales contest and topped the sales every day Marlene Kaphengst and Judy Schn.urr were hugh and second hugh salesmen respectuvely and both are members of our class Marlene won an oscar and a luggage case and Judy won a Ph-lco raduo We are also proud of our record un the unter class tournament un basketball the gurls came un second and the boys thurd We really had the school buzzung wuth the prospects of our gurl s team upsettung the tradutuonal dope bucket and wunnung over the Senuors, but alas, the score proved too well that the Senuors had the better team Next year we wull return as Junuors contunuung our search for knowledge and makung ut stull more profutable to all concerned' .
