To state that your Commence- ment Day is fraught with troubled times would be an understatement, but when have we not had troubled times? The troubled times, however, will not be resolved by sit-ins, demonstrations, placards and riots,-rather, the sound application of delibera- tion, judgment and the making of new laws to- gether with the revision of existing laws. Many of the problems confronting you have been your inheritance. Others will be created by you. Their solution will depend upon your common sense, education and decision,-not by emotionalism.
