Foreword The Publications Staff proudly presents the '65 Eagle. We have worked hard for many months to bring to you a book that will serve as a happy re- minder of the '64-'65 school year at W-H. We, the annual staff, hope that as you look through this annual you will be able to see that we have tried to make the annual YOU. Many persons have helped with the production of this annual andl would like to express my appreciation to my staff for their co-operation. Also, I would like to thank our sponsor, Miss Dyer, for all her patience, guidance, and encouragement. To the Seniors who are stepping forward into a new position in life, we hope that they succeed in all their desires. We want this annual to be a book of fond memories for them. The Publications Staff proudly presents the Eagle '65 dedication to Mrs. Isabelle Cummings and to Mrs. Gwen Duvall. Having completed eighteen years of teach- ing, Mrs. Cummings has retired from the W-H faculty. She has taught American history, World history, Civics, Economics, English, and Gen- eral Science. Mrs. Cummings received her Master's De- gree in Psychology from Southern Methodist University. We wish to salute Mrs. Cummings for her outstanding service and dedication to our school. Her sparkling personality and presence will greatly be missed next year around the halls of W-H. Eagle Dedication Mrs. Duvall has been a faculty member at Wilmer-Hutchins for four years. She received her Bachelor of Science De- gree from East Texas Baptist. She has been sponsor of the National Honor Society for three years and sponsor of the Stu- dent Council for two years. She has been an outstanding teacher and friend to all of us, and her guidance and en- couragement is appreciated by everyone. l.
