RAY HARDISON, S uperintendent To the Student Body: Aided by the contents of this book, may you have fond memories of your 1964-65 school year in Wilmer-Hutchins High School. To those of you who will not be returning au revoir. May you ever cherish the years you spent here, the friendships you formed here: and may you so live that Wilmer-Hutchins will always be glad to claim you as one of its own. To those who will be with us again in September, may you resolve to work harder for scholarship, to be more tolerant, to be honest and straightforward, and to be a leader toward improving Wilmer-Hutchins High. With your help much can be accomplished: without your help, little. Sincerely yours, Bill Garner Principal SUPERINTENDENTS MESSAGE May this yearbook of memories serve as a record of past pleasures and as a means of re- calling the values your school has endeavored to impart. I congratulate the Eagle Staff and their sponsor on this fine publication. My first year with you has been a most pleasant one. I truly value the cooperation I have received from the students, school per- sonnel, school board and patrons of the school district in making this a successful year. To those who are leaving our school, it is my sincere hope that we have helped to plant in you the desire to become worthwhile citizens, remembering that the most component part of a democracy is human relations - respecting the dignity and the integrity of the individual and the group. May your future be so planned and managed that the important experiences of your life may bring you both honor and satis- faction. Ar?
