The sixty piece Wilmer-Hutchins Senior Band has proudly gone through the school year. It marched during half-time at each football game. One of the outstanding drills was a Waltz program in which the band played and waltzed to the tune of Till I Waltz Again With You . The band is under student government for the first time. This procedure has improved our band immensely. The band members select commissioned officers. FLAG-BEARERS We had three members in the Mass Band at the S.M.U. Band Festival this April. The band also went to the Texas Mus i cal Convention in February. The band entered in the , parade at Grand Prairie and tied for second place. .
