Text from Pages 1 - 120 of the 1975 volume:

Dedication We, the Class of 1975, dedicate the William Gilliland to our Senior year advisors, Mr. Thomas Spieno and Mr. Peter Luguri. These two teachers worked diligently for our class, even before they became our advisors. Senior sweater sales, basketball games, fruit cakes, etc. were pushed onto us and earned out successfully through the continual efforts of Mr. Spierto and Mr. Luguri. But that's what we needed. Without their confidence and patience, we never would have made our goal, the trip to the Bahamas. Not only did we gain two great advisors this last year, but we also gained two friends. So to both of you, Mr. Spieno and Mr. Luguri, we dedicate our yearbook, and give our deepest thanks. 3 Kirk Leaning Absent -Livingston Hatch Anna Gorton George Shepard, Jr. Administration Elementary Teachers HILDA MAR TIN Remedial Reading Absent: R. Another Day at Boces 00 H 6rO +Ke eel ft Pm 4 J The Class of 1975 would like to thank everyone of the community and near communities for helping us out. We would like to give our thanks to the following people: Jeff Jones for being our 10th grade advisor; Nancy Waylett for taking charge in 11th grade; Mr. Cauley for setting up our trip; Mr. Devan, who tried to send us to college; Mr. Ball for putting up with us; June Mero for her help with the prom and play make-up; Jack Williams Trio for playing at our prom; Mr. Williams and Mrs. Sodaro for their help on the prom; Dorothy Williams, who sang so beautifully; Margaret Coonrod for chaperoning the prom party; Janice Sayward, who held the breakfast; Mrs. Sodaro for her help on this yearbook; Miss Sullivan for helping to keep the books up; Joyce Blanchard, who let us take her car to go to the bank; to all the mothers for helping at our suppers; Peter Luguri, who directed the Senior Play; Fred Tucker for the summer care of the soda machine; Amie Stoker and Alvin McClain Jr. for helping clean up after dances and movies. We would like to give special thanks to Ann Choate. Just out of concern, she helped us with the prom. When we needed to put on a supper, she completely took over and took all the responsibilities. And, of course, all the suppers were successful. The Class of '75 gives our thanks and gratitude to you, Mrs. Choate. 86 Wow! English really bores me. Man, this gum sure is sticky!!!
