Even a fine gift, unless it demands recognition from you, makes you put forth effort to appreciate its worth, and charges you with the responsibility for its use, becomes no more than a meaningless token. At worst it may be a force of destruction, both to you and to those around you. This is equally true of an automobile, a home, and an intelligent mind. Don't expect something for nothing. A prize-package of fun and laughter is Alberta. She believes in making life merry. Her cheery disposition brightens the humdrum of daily routine. CHRISTOPHER THOMAS CROSS Deeds not words. Chris is good natured, full of fun and energy. Driv ing a car and playing baseball are his specialties. DARLENE ANNE DAVIS She was a phantom of delight. Friendly and amiable yet ambitious and serious is Darlene. Her pleasant disposition will help her attain her goal. When I ope my lips let no man bark. Enthusiastic and talented, Bill is a wizard in mathematics and is noted for playing a hot saxophone. Pat is an above average student, always willing to lend a helping hand, and yet still full of fun. JOAN AMANDA JAMES Talk, talk, oh how she talks! Joan is full of life and is noted for her chatter which we could not do without. She intends to be an ideal boss. MARJORIE JANE JAQUISH A smile so frinedly and so warm. Marge is very congenial, courteous, and cute. Her jovial way has everyone smiling. IRIS JOYCE LEVY A good natured kid. Thoughtfulness, sincerity, and dependability have won for Iris the consideration of her classmates. SPENCER GEORGE LOBDELL A ladies' man. Spencer is entertaining, jovial, and witty. He keeps our class on the ball constantly. He is also a Gentleman, at heart. SHARI ALBERTA McLEAN History is merely gossip. Shari has a warm friendly smile for everyone. Being personable and gay helped her become queen of the Junior Prom. ALLAN RICHARD MORAN I’d rather be tight than President. Mickey, our class president, is studious, humorous and keen. He is also one of Willsboro’s top clarinet players. CLARENCE ALLAN PROVOST Time marches on. He is cheerful, friendly, and yet, has a bit of deviltry in him. He is said to be a great soccer player. Gentlemen prefer blondes. MARGERY JANE PROVOST She's little, but oh, my! Dependable, energetic, and gay is Janie. She has fine school spirit and is always willing to participate in school activities. CAROLYN MAE SAYWARD Studious, attractive Carolyn with a fine sense of humor is always ready with a good joke. ADA VERA SHARROW My love is like a red, red, rose. Very sweet and so quiet is Ada, a petite popular brunette. With her many wonderful characteristics it is easy to see why she is everyone’s friend. NANCY CLARK SPRAGUE Variety is the spice of life. Radiant and smiling is Nancy. She plays clarinet, is a topnotch singer, and a wonderful dancer. HOWARD EDWARD TART Worry little, study less, is my idea of happiness. Dependable, congenial, witty and popular. That's our Howard. He's always around when you need him. JO ANN VAN KORB Mischievous twinkles in her eyes. Vivacious, friendly, and smart is Josie. She is the school's pretty majorette, and the sole oboe player in the Band. MARY ANN WASSON The heart must speak!” Demure, sincere, and helpful is Mary Ann. Her sweet smile and gentle manner, make her a friend to all.
