John Shambo Kenneth Maloney Claudia Stafford Florence Richard Mr, William McGraw has held several card doll and hasr held several President Vice-President Secretary Treasurer Advisor rCLASS OF 1942 J pnald Adams; Margaret Dennett Betty Young Philip Lindsay Miss Mazar PUBLIC SPEAKING The Mountain and Valley Public Speaking Contest was held in the Keene Valley high school auditorium on May 19 Mary Kehoe presented His Song of Dusk , and Richard Spear, The Skeleton of the Press , First place honors, however, were carried off by Eleanor Le Duke of Lake Placid, and in the boys' division, by Hamilton Halen of KeeSeville, Other Willsboro students who tried out for tho contest were: Virginia Kanaly, Juanita Jonos, Mary Wever, John Co3tin, and Bruce Baylcos, All have worked hard and have made splendid progress under the able direction of Miss Harter, GLEE CLUB The chorus was organized into a Girls' Glee Club this year, Shirley Boardman was olectod president; Helen Halen, vice-president; Mary Kehoe, librarian. Miss McGrath was the director and Miss Mazar, accompanist, Tho club met regularly Thursdays, Tho Glee Club sang several selections at tho Christmas Exorcises and at tho Junior Play, They attended the Music Festival at West-port on May 19.The,y will provido music for Baccalaureate and Com-menoomont.
