CONCERT ORCHESTRA The orchestra program, under the direction of Mr. Robert Shamo, boasts a number of organizations for students interested in playing instruments-string instruments in particular. There are several levels of orchestra to fit the abilities of all students who wish to play instruments. The beginning string class is for the novice. The inter- mediate player may gain experience and learn tech- nique in the cadet orchestra. The concert orchestra provides greater challenge and variety for the veteran performer. This year's orchestra has lived up to its aim to play the best orchestral literature possible.
