The purpose of G.A.A. is to promote interest and participation in girls' sports and to encourage good sportsmanship, fair play, and co-operation. An interest in sports, annual dues, and twenty-four points are the requirements for membership. G-A.A- This year speedaway, tennis, bowling, volleyball, basketball, modern dance, gymnastics, recreational games, archery, golf, and softball were offered.
