french club FRENCH CLUB OFFICERS: SEATED: Diane Karcz, Secretary: Cathy Rudd, Vice-President: Barb Louis, Pres identg and Ruth Radatz, Treasurer: STANDING: Miss Novarro, Miss Harden, and Miss Black, Sponsors. The purpose of the French Club is to provide an opportunity for French students to learn about French culture and to create an opportunity for social activities. Any student who has taken or is now taking French may join. French Club's activities this year included a homecoming float which won second prize, Christmas caroling at Elmhurst Memorial Hospital, selling carnations on Valen- tine's Day, a pot-luck gourmet banquet, a trip to a French restaurant, and an awards tea at the end ofthe year when pins were awarded to deserving members.
