Latin club is open to all present Latin students and anyone who has finished three years of Latin. Dues are 25 cents per semester. The only stip- ulation is that a member can miss no more than three consecutive meetings. This year Latin Club had a Christ- mas party in December, a Salutatio Breakfast for incoming freshmen in February, an authentic Roman ban- quet in May, and a tea for Auxilium Latinum winners in june. Students Strive To Understand Customs German Club was organized to further the understanding of modern German and American culture while enjoying it as much as possible. German Club requires two twenty-five cent fee cards per semester. Members must have taken or be taking German. Some of the special activities of the German Club include a Bavarian-style '4Oktoberfest , a trip to German Town, and a Christmas party.
