IZRACK HURON 'RELAYS Willie Prewitt broad iumped 2l ft. 5 3f4 in., high lumped 6 ft., received lst in these events, and then ran a leg on the Flyers' 880 relay which finished 2nd to River Rough. MANSFIELD RELAYS - Willie Prewitt repeated his feat of a year ago by winning the broad iump with 23 ft. 5 in. He also tied for lst in the high jump with 6 ft. 3 in. W.R.H.S. received two trophies, one for 8th place, the other for one outstanding performer in the field events. CENTRAL MICHIGAN RELAYS The winners were Prewitt in broad iumpg Poe, Austin, Harrison, and Prewitt in the 880 and 440 relays. The Central Michigan team made up of Harrison, Lundy, Gray, and Austin placed 2nd. Poe also placed second in the l00. W.R. H.S. took second place in the meet. T ALBRON RELAYS First place winners were Willie Prewitt in the broad iumpp Poe, Austin, Harrison, and Prewitt in the 880 relay. The Medley relay team of Lundy, Harrison, Prewitt, and Austin placed 2nd. Prewitt was 2nd in the l007 Poe was 4th. Harrison and Poe placed 2nd and 4th in the 220 yd. dash. The team placed 4th in the meet. REGIONALS Willow Run garned lst place honers in the Class Regionals track meet at Ann Arbor. The Flyers' Thinclad broke four records. Willie Prewitt set a new record in the l00 and 220 yd. dash--time l0.l and 2l.9. The 880 relay composed of Poe, Harrison, Austin, and Prewitt set a record time of l:32.8.
