l SENIOR OFFICERS son, Treasurer. Cl.ASS oli 1958 The year one thousand nine hundred and fifty-five marked the beginning of the class of l958 although it was actually its second year of high school. This year began with the election of class officers and student council representatives. Those elected for the offices of President, Vice President, Secretary and Treasurer were John Cranford, Albert Williams, Nancy Spires and Natalie Struble respectively. The student council representatives were Vivian Jefferson, Wayne Newman, Harriet Johnsen and Barbara Woods. After the elections came the formulation of the class constitution which is still in effect. It was this year when the ideal of a candy sale was intro- duced by the senior class of '58'. lt is now a school tradition. Other activities of this year included such things as sensational skating parties, smashing dime dances, and a carnival and maga- zine drive. This year would not be complete without our men- tioning of the Halloween Dance held at the Teen Canteen, the Potluck Dinner and meeting to discuss senior trip clubs, and, of course, the Christmas Dance with none other than Tom Ramsey as Sophomore King . This was only the beginning of the senior class of '58'. 5 Mrs. Funk, superviserp Marcella Klmlln Secretary, Delbert Brown, President, Ron nie Stratton, Vice President, Sonia Law
