From the time we were tenth graders enioying the unforgettable freshman-sophomore dance to our senior year and the wonderful night of the senior prom, our lives here in school have been filled with gratifying and memorable events. What member of the graduating class could ever forget the iunior year with the iuniar play, We Shook the Family Tree, the sock hop, the beany sale, and the collection of tax stamps to raise the needed revenue for the prom? Then came our senior year which was ushered in by the Senior Street Strut and the Senior Class Play. Senior night at the basketball game and the dance afterward, and the senior skating party helped to pro- duce funds for the loveliest night of the year, the senior prom. A wonderful meal at the senior banquet brought our senior year to a close. i Dick Needham, Pres.g Dave Pelz, V.-P.p Nicki Lippens, Sec.: Sally Farran, Treas. Gubanc, L.Kenne11y, L, Purola, W, Makowski. CLASS OF I958 The iuniors, already secure on the Willoughby scholastic ladder recall in brief many of the highlights that made this year at the high school a memorable one . The Junior Class Dance, held in April, was probably the outstanding feature of the social year. To obtain money for this affair, the iuniors gave a square dance, held a tax-stamp drive, and sponsored a dance. The leader of this busy group was Tom June. Assisting him was Burton Schwartz, vice-president. Busily keeping minutes was class secretary, Irene Germ. Class treasurer, Betty Book, kept the class well in the black These students are looking forward to next year when they will be THE SENIORS. 'f '9' ,, f. . .1 ,v .Q - fr J, Ackroyd B. There are pictures to be taken, articles to be written, and always, a dead-line to be met. While the members of the staff are working on these things, the salesmen are doing their best to sell the books. Editor, Phyllis Patterson, and advisor, Mr. James Smeed, saw to it that all jobs were completed. Mr. Richard Miller was in charge of the -ll salesmen. Even though it was hard work and often discouraging, we had a lot of good times and were really thrilled when the book started to take form 'i -.wf 82 my 1-Arne -1 4 : . ' ' , . . . , . , . . . , .
