For her sweetness we love her. Because of her wisdom we admire and respect her. Mrs. King attended the public schools of Fayetteville, North Carolina, and did her college work at Shaw University, where she was awarded a B. A. degree in 1919. At North Carolina College at Durham she earned her Masters Degree in English in 1950. Mrs. King who has been employed in our New Hanover County system for several years teaches English and Latin. She is an adviser to the Student Council and to both the Echo , which is the school paper, and the Annual staffs. To all the students Mrs. King is a teacher and an understanding friend.
