4 SCIENCE EXPOSE - EXPOSING SCIENCE ,652 Science Expose 85 was held on April 18 and was ar impressive event. More than one hundred en thusiastic science students were involved in conduct ting some fifty or more experiements and activities r chemistry, physics, biology, physical science ant computers. Other students were guides for the more than two hundred eighth grade students who were special guests. Parents and friends also attended the Science Expose that evening. The students did ex- periments ranging from scientific tuning of musical in- struments to the transmutation of simple elements The Science Expose was sponsored by Mr. Frank Ban- ta and Mrs. ludy Ross. NATIJIQAI. I'lI I'I S A BIG IT AT Natural High Olympics This year's W.H.S. student body saw the arrival of the first Natural High Olym- pics. Events included the tire roll, egg push, egg toss, water balloon toss, three legged race, potato sack race, orange pass and tug of war. Everyone par- ticipated and had a wonderful time. The only tragedy was when Mr. Vela was hit with 6 water balloons. 236
