Bill Johnson, Treasurer, Roberta Meredith, Secretary, Mrs. Strong, Advisor, Mr. Keen, Advisor, Io Ann Williams, Vice-President, John O'Neal, President. DIOR class OIIIZICGQS We, the Senior Class of 1955 entered Williamsville High School as Green Freshmen in 1951. The big event of the year was Freshman Initiation. We thought we were picked on, but we really had more fun than the Sophomores. ln 1952 we started another year as Sophomores at W.H.S. We lost four students during the year. At the beginning of the year we gained Wanda Wright, and towards the end of the year we took another member in. This was Dorotha Buckner. This left us a grand total of 28. We lost six at the beginning of our Junior year. We sponsored the Junior-Senior Prom at the Leland Hotel. It was a big success and a good time was had by all. Here we are in our last year at good old W.l-l.S. That long awaited day will be here, when we will graduate. At the beginning of the year we gained Ralph Fields. This has proved to be a very busy year as we have sponsored the annual spaghetti and meatball supper, Senior Play, scrap drives, basketball and duckthrow at the carnival, and are looking forward to our Senior Trip. We were well represented on the basketball team. The first five on the varsity happened to be Seniors, and seven out of the first ten were also Seniors. We are a little sorry to be leaving dear old W.H. S. for we have had a lot of good times, as well as problems.
