Welcome to a night with the inhumanities. The Senior Class has prepared for you, a series of one act plays all of which deal with the subtle and not so subtle ways in which man is inhumane to fellow man. Our first American ... the American Indian. It depicts 400 years of systematic prejudice and discrimination at times bordering on genocide . . . As the curtain opens, imagine yourself back in the 15th century, as an Indian eagerly awaiting the appearance of THE GREAT WHITE SPIRIT - a figure symbolic in Indian lore of hope, charity, and the catalyst of peace for all Indian nations. R ebecca Hendricks Sit back, please, and try not to participate, if you can, with the following characterizations within a modern society. You are about to witness four people, just like you and I, experiencing the dehumanizing effects of a social process fondly called progress. In short, they need a job. Let's follow our four interviewees and their salient quest through a computerized, dehumanized and departmentalized, society seeking recognition and purpose. 62 Interviewer 1 .....
