Class of 1954 To THE lVlEMBERS or THE CLASS OF 1954: As you receive this thirty-fifth volume of La Memoire, you will have come to the end of three of the best years of your lives. I hope they have been happy and proiitable years. You have equipped yourselves in various ways for the fu- ture, and you have made many friends. As you face the future, each one of you is looking forward to the opening of opportunities, the achievement of success, and the attainment of happiness. There will be opportunities. You will be able to enjoy them provided you have forged the tools with which to grasp them. You can achieve success if you can decide what con- stitutes succcss and let nothing deter you in striving for it. But happiness can be yours only if your idea of success is based upon improving the road of life for those who come after you, and if your idea of happiness includes the hap- piness of those with whom you must share your life. l am glad that my associations with you have been very enjoyable ones, and it is my hope that each of you will achieve a full measure of success and Hnd real happiness. a64fzxLq' ff Executive Committee Class Officers .R DON MODAY President JoAN FORESMAN Secretary NANCY POUST Vice-President GLENN McGEE Treasurer Class Advisers Mr. Edward Livingston Mrs. George Gehron Mr. Frank Reid Class Teacher Class Mother Class Father Front Raw, Left to Right-Lorraine Folmar, Marlene Buzzard, Nancy Poust, Barbara Karnan, joan Fores- Illilll.
