Arthur Howland Buftinton, M.A., Instructor in History 1Vas graduated from VVilliams with the Class of 1907. Assist- ant in History at Williams, 1907-08. Received his M.A. degree from Harvard University in 1909 and continued graduate work there during the years 1909-11. Came to Williams as Instruc- tor in History in 1911.
