ALEX KUBIK, a forty-niner, demonstrates what can happen to these habitual law- breakers when they persist in breaking the law. Of course, this all make believe, but- it Cflll happen to you. Early in the morning when the majority of the students are still dead to the world or in the afternoon when most students have gone home, a few selected 'fseholarsv may be seen dragging themselves along the halls of dear old VVilliam Penn. At a glance you can tell that they are heading to Deten- tion Room or the 'LI-Ioosegowf' as it is fondly called by most of its inmates. Can it be that some of them, attempted to take an illegal vacation? VVhatever the reason may be, these wayward adolescents are on their wav to pay their debts to so- eiety by spending a few co7y hours with the Warden, Mr. Edgington, in the wee hours of the morning, or with the Sheriff, Mr. Grim, in the late hours of the afternoon. Moral: Trod the straight and narrow path and keep out of the clutches of the law. l.llfXRXT NVIIXI' NOT TO DO IN UNK ILXSY l.l-SSONI These 3 hilarious seniors are merely pos- 'Yf f ing to illustrate. to would-be iail- ' birds, 1:11.11 not m do in order to teep out of the l!oosegow. EA 20 IEETTKE OGSEGO Deputy Sheriff, l DGlYG- TOY, points an accusing finger at prisoner liubik. Xloral: Obey the rules and regulations of xvillllllll Penn and keep out of the Deten- tion Room.
