A.-Glatfelter, a veteran of many years of service as principal of our Alma Mater. His wide experience and natural ability as a leader, in addition to his extensive preparation at Ursinus, Gettysburg, Penn State, University of Pennsylvania, and Columbia have qualified him for this re- sponsible position which he so ably fulfills. A man of varied interests, Dr. Glatfelter enjoys stamp collecting, motoring, gar- dening, public speaking, and his Cottage intheFoothills:i1vhere he and his family spend many happy and lazy summer days just reading and relaxing. He is our constant source of encourage- ment and instills in all of us that burning desire to push forward with the same spirit of conquest which our forefathers displayed during the Gold Rush Days of '49, ,gif up
