ICE HOCKEY njuries Cripple Season The WPC Ice Hockey Club fin- ished a disappointing season with a record of 1-12-3, in the Bi-State Met- ropolitan Inter-Collegiate HHockey Conference. The team, which is a club in its third year, was coached by former standout Captain Rich Ben- nett. The team was led on defense by Captain Killer Kevin Freeman and on offense by John Moose Moskal, both graduating seniors. Freshman goalie Tom Dalessandro averaged 6.1 goals against per game com- pared with an average 40 shots on goal. Moskal, the team ' s leading scorer with 18 points, was followed by soph- omores Glenn Cornelia with 14 points. Jeff Cyk with I I and fresh- man Hank Leinweber also with II. Offensively, the team averaged 5.0 goals per game. The defense, consisting mainly of Freeman, John Minichetti, John Salczynski, and Lou Detroiz, was plagued by injuries and penalties.
