This year'smusicalproduction, Funny Girl, under 7 the direction of Mrs. Sylvia Bozichevich, was presented on April 7 and 8. Funny Girl is the story of Fanny Brice, aproduct of the Jewish Bronx, makes her debut on the stage of Tom Keeney's Theatre. Within only a few months she be comes a star and moves on to star in the Ziegfeld Follies. Fanny's fame soars with the Ziegfeld Follies, as she becomes the most celebrated American female comic of her day. Meanwhile Fanny meets Nick Arn- stein, a notorious gambler, and they marry.
