The chief aims and purposes involve the gen¬ eral improvement of both the student and the school. For the students the aims are to provide wholesome and satisfactory ex¬ periences; for the school, they must con¬ tribute to the effectivenes s of its program. The Student Council is a leadership organ¬ ization composed of elected representa¬ tives from all home rooms, whose chief purpose is to act as a connecting link be¬ tween the students and the faculty.
