House Presidents Council The House Presidents Council is a democratic organization composed of the presidents of the womeifs dorms and the sorority wings. Together these girls discuss and solve the problems that may arise among the Women students in the dormitories. New EI House Council Representatives from each dormitory Wing on each floor, the assistant house director, and Mr. and Mrs. Bill Morgan as house directors serve as members of the New Ely House Council. Solving any problems that arise and setting up rules for the men living in the dorm are the purposes of this council.
