Melrose House Council The Melrose House Council consists of girls representing the dormitory, working together for unity in college living. They are: Carol Ann Carter, president, Marian Gillenwaterg Nancy DuBois, Pat Kelly, Alyce Canning, Nina Faye Cox, Carolyn Beckenmeyer. New Dorm House Council The New Dormitory House Council is composed of individual members from each wing, establishing a student government of the New Dorm to meet any problems arising. Student Court The Student Court was established two years ago to help cope with the increasing campus parking problem. The Court is composed of Hve juniors and seniors elected by the Student Senate, and is led by the Chief Iustice, Bill Young. House Presidents Council The House Presidents Council is a democratic organization composed of the presidents of the womeifs dorms and the sorority wings. Together these girls discuss and solve the problems that may arise among the Women students in the dormitories. New EI House Council Representatives from each dormitory Wing on each floor, the assistant house director, and Mr. and Mrs. Bill Morgan as house directors serve as members of the New Ely House Council. Solving any problems that arise and setting up rules for the men living in the dorm are the purposes of this council.
