Act 10 r Inquisi inds With the adven much renovation was necessary in the Mam uepartment for teachers as well as students. Under Miss Edna Vinson, department head, the switch from old to new was made as easily as possible, leaving only the students completely confused. There was much renovation in the Science department, too, in the form of a radiology room. The new room was created for teachers and students who need to use radioactive ma- terials in the course of experiments. A long hoped for addi- tion, the room was built during the first semester. The Social Studies Department was active during both Youth Appreciation Week, when certain Harrison seniors took official city jobs for a day, and also during the Mock Trial when a legal battle took place that is destined to be put in the annals of law history.
