For our students to Pvive in this changing and complex world they need to develop thinking skills - how to reason, identify problems, create solutions and make decisions. To learn thinking means considering various points of wew, analyzing the reasoning process, interpreting statistics, identifying biases and describing the message and meaning of communicated words, ideas, and images. Values such as honesty j'ustice, liberty kindness, sincerity, considerateness, courtesy, helpfulness, personal growth, equality and philanthropy are just some of the values our young people need to ha ve in order to be productive citiaens in our changing world The ethical values our students need to ha ve for the future are those our forefathers w the constitution. When our young people can understand that being a citisen in our society carries with ' mature and informed judgement, developing the ability to secure gainful empl they will not only survive but they will become productive citibens in rote into it the responsibility of obtaining oyment, and to manage their own lives, our society.
