NAVY CHAPLIN LT Rondall Brown was raised in Hayesville. North Carolina and graduated in 1975 from Bryan College of Dayton, Tennessee and in 1979 from Southwestern Theological Seminary. He was ordained by the Sweetwater Baptist Church on 10 September 1982. After being re- called to active duty in September 1992, LT Brown was assigned to USS WILLIAM H. STANDLEY as Command Chaplain.
