The addition of a closed circuit television set, loaned to the science department by the school board, was a great audio-visual asset to all courses. Chemistry classes enjoyed an increase in enrollment. Greater use was made of the green houses and labora- tory analysis in biology classes. A field trip to Roanoke Memorial Hospital and the Roanoke Regional Blood Center sup- plemented the advanced biology c1ass's study of blood.
