Mary Lou weddie Principals plan for EMR students Two of the many responsibilities shared by Principal George Greene and Vice Principals William Burlingame and Neil Lightle were the stricter attendance policy and the addition of a new wing. One concern of the administration was to prepare the students for mainstreaming of Educable Mentally Retarded students next year. Vice Principal Neil Lightle felt, lt will be hard to get students to accept others, but when they learn of their talents it will be easier. In addition to Mrs. Mary Lou Weddle, secretary to principals, and Mrs. Marjorie Pack, two new secretaries were hired as replacements: Mrs. Jackie Slifer, activities secretary and Mrs Lynda Eichler atten dance secretary Under special arrangements with the school board Mr Fton Bruch who was elected a national executive committee member of the National Education Assoc substituted for various classes when he was not traveling for N E A Administration li ,T -5- v Secretary to Counselors
