Jobs can be enjoyable and can bring satisfaction and feelings of prlde if well done. PEOPLE WORK for many reasons: to help someone or some cause, to prove their ability, to gain satisfaction, to fulfill a need. People strive to reach their goals, pushing themselves to the best of their ability. During school years, people flnd many opportunities to work at various jobs, whether doing a homework assignment, helping ln a school activity, or working after school. Each iob is important and helps each person to grow and learn: creative jobs well done bring self- confidence, and earning money can bring the independence people need to feel.
