Ofher promising maferial includes many players who are members of fhe presenf sophomore and junior classes. The Bears are members of fhe Pony Express Conference, which includes fhe fhree Sf. Joseph schools-Benfon, Cenfral, and Lafayeffe, and Norfh Kansas Cify, and Wenfworfh Milifary Academy. The fofal scores of fhe Bears was IZI6 againsf, 936 for fheir opponenfs. The feam's performance on 'fhe courf pro- vided sfudenfs and 'townspeople wifh a very enioy- able season. Many fhrills were provided by well- execufed plays and occasional specfacular feafs. We are very proud of our feam, nof alone because of ifs numerous vicfories, buf also because of ifs sporfsman-like conducf.
