Now, they were con- 'ronted with the fastest on Friday, November G. It was indeed a bleak day! The weather was terrible. ill spite of the severe cold, it was Dadis Day in Temple uid the VVildeats wanted to make a good showing. Zranted, they ran for six touchdowns and 28 pointsg nut it was not without the disapproval of the ace Travis defensive men, such as Bo Price and Doug VVashburn. It was truly encouraging to the Rebel fans to see these bovs continue to play their hearts outn even when defeat was almost certain. But Temple kept a Hrm grip on the game and subdued even the toughest Travis players. Thus, Travis also fell to the swift VVildeats who went through district play undefeated.
