DEDICATION All too often we fail to realize and to appreciate the many little things that people do behind the scenes to make our lives at Travis more pleasant. The smiles, under- standing, joy at our joy, sympathy with our sorrow all through the school year, the help they give us with programs, with registration, with tardy slips, and their general attitude of wanting to help-for these things the Rebel Roundup staff of l958-1959 wish to dedicate this book to the two in the attend- ance office-Mrs. Gladys Ashby, clerk, and Mrs. June Lucchese, registrar. s

K FOREWORD Another edition of the Rebel Roundup is now in the hands of the student body. lt has been the sincere desire of the entire staff since September to compile o volume that will serve as a reminder of old familiar sc-enes and faces during 1958-'59 by having a Scrapbook of Memories of our school and our activities. The excellent cooperation of the student body, faculty members, administrative staff and advertisers played an important role in the publication of this book. Sincere thanks for their splendid services are extended to the entire staff, to Mrs. Hall and Mr. Cadwollader, our sponsors, to our photographers for the pictures: to Steck Publishing Company, and others who helped in any way toward the publishing of this book. The patience, guidance and faithfulness of these have made our task a most enjoyable and profitable one. 2
