ADMINISTRATION JH For the past three years I have been pleased the overall progress made by our student body. This year I consider the best year however, due to the many accomplishments on the part of students and staff. These achievements will be noted elsewhere in this book, but I take as much pride in them as the people receiving the honors. Willard students, as all of Norfolk is beginning to realize, are the leaders in Norfolk City Schools ow and will be the leaders in the community in 'ce future. - W. T. Powell, Assistant Principal . F-iw, p, Although all of my time spent at Willard Jr. High School has been enjoyable, this year has been the most rewarding. We have made progress in a number of areas and I have noticed a definite improvement in the attitudes and cooperation of our students. Ray F.
