PRINCIPAL Mr. Dona Aukerman Dear Graduates, Before you lies the greatest challenge in our long history as a free democracy. Soon, you will be taking your place as adult citi- zens of our great country-planning, thinking, voting, contributing to our American way of life. As your elders have done in the past, you will make mistakes-l hope not the same ones twice. But, if you give your best effort in all things, you will never feel remorse or shame. A new age, the atomic, lies before you. It can be a wonderful time to live, with many untold benefits, if this enormous energy can be channeled into the right direction. It will be a worldwide holocaust if it is not. It is my sincere prayer that your generation will find the key to world peace. Dana W. Aukerman
