WE EXTE D APPRECIATIO T0 YOU - - 0UE LEADER Dale W. Gates came to Willard in 1930 as a science teacher. He had been Superintendent in the Fulton, Ghio schools. He Peter A. Wiebe came to Willard in 1930 as a teacher oi manual arts and mechanical drawing. Mr. Wiebe graduated trom Blutiton College. He received his Masters degree from Ohio State University. Before coming to Willard, he taught at Pan- dora for two years and at Mt. Cory tor one year. After teach- ing in Willard for ten years, he was promoted to principal in 1940. He has served as princi- pal of Willard High School for twelve years. graduated from Ohio State Uni- versity in Education in 19287 later he received his Master's degree there. During his second year here, he was hired as prin- cipal. For eight years he served in that capacity. ln 1939 he became superintendent ot the Willard Exempted Village School system. X
