Cook, S Dade M Johnson This year the office is continually a place of actiylty with Mrs Myers and a staff of office girls, Each person has his duty and knows how to carry it out to achieve the best results The staff is responsible for answering phone calls, taking roll, typing letters, writing admit slips, and keeping things in order, One girl helps Mrs. Myers each period. Carol Maaer starts the day by taking roll and is followed by Carla Stroschine. Bonnie Cook sometimes finds herself alone in the office at ll'3O while Mrs Myers is at lunch. Evelyn Westphol begins the after- noon. Under the leadership ot President Marcy Johnson, the active program ot this organization promoted the development ot creative leadership in home and in community lite as well as international good will. The members presented a United Nations assembly to the entire stu- dent body, October 23. At Christmas time, they carefully planned a trip to Grand Ronde where they caroled and presented gitts to each person at the Manor, November lO, the girls traveled to Forest Grove to attend the annual F. l-l. A. District Meeting.
