THE JUNIOR GLASS OF WILLAMINA, 48 STRONG, SALUTE YOU! 'We said 48 strong and don't you believe us? Well, just look us over for awhile. This class was the first Freshman class to enter the new high school building in 1959, and for the past three years we have built our class up to be one of the outstanding classes of the school. For example, the yell queens were picked from our class, doing their utmost to uphold their position. The Junior class is represented by five council members. In athletics the Juniors have not been left out. Our class president supported us by his outstanding work in track meets. He al- so received a medal for his good spirit and hard WO Tk! Another Junior, or should I say valedictorian, is Ilene Thomas, who for the. past years of high school has received the average of straight one's. So, the Juniors believe themselves capable of reaching even greater heights and are eagerly looking forward to next year when they will step in as the Seniors of l945.
